How many residences will be
built in the Garden Valley community?
66 in the first phase, approximately 600 total.

Do I have to work with a particular
builder or can I use anyone I choose?
We have several different builders currently on our approved list, and any builder can apply to be an approved builder by providing references and basic financial information.

Why are there deed restrictions in the community?
In an effort to make Garden Valley a cohesively beautiful community that fits with our vision, we have implemented specific standards.  They are meant to enhance our community not restrict homeowners.

Is there a homeowners association?
Yes. Dues and benefits are being determined. Check back soon for complete details.

Is membership to the golf club included?
Membership to Garden Valley Golf Club is separate from the homeowners association.  We do, however, have special pricing and preferred tee times available for residents.

Where is the nearest shopping center?
Lindale has a newly developed Wal-Mart and Lowe's Shopping Center, including several new restaurants.
