Plans for construction will be responsive to the market, adding one phase at a time to the existing community of homes.  Amenities will also be added in each phase.


The Phase 1 streets and utilities were finished in Summer 2005.  We are currently under construction on the entry feature and the tennis courts.  There are four homes under construction with estimated completion dates of Fall 2005, and an additional twenty lots under contract.  Hurry out!  There are only 42 lots left in Phase 1.
